("Big Technologies" or the "Company")
EBT Share Purchase
The Company was notified on 4 December 2023 by the Trustees of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"), that the EBT had purchased 32,500 ordinary shares of £0.01 pence each in the Company on 1 Decembber 2023 at a price of £1.91 per share.
The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.
Following this transaction, a total of 1,617,304 shares representing 0.56 per cent of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
