Big Technologies plc, the UK-based remote people monitoring technology company, announces that it was notified on 21 April that Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, transferred by way of a gift to two of his adult children an aggregate of 60,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. Following this transfer Mr Morris's beneficial ownership is 350,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.12% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
