The Company announces that it was informed on 5 November 2010 that following the recent placing in Fitbug William J Weston is beneficially interested in 8,420,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 8.59 per cent. of the ordinary share capital of Fitbug.

The Company was informed on 9 November that Williams de Broe have an interest in 16,540,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 16.88 per cent. of the ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company was also informed on 9 November that Hargreave Hale Nominees Limited have an interest in 10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 10.21 per cent. of the ordinary share capital of the Company.
