Beacon Hill Resources Plc ('Beacon Hill' or 'the Company')
Update on Vitol Senior Debt Facility
As previously announced on 19 August 2014, the Company entered into an Amendment Agreement with Vitol SA related to the US$10 million senior debt facility to further defer all principal amortization and accrue interest until 30 September 2014.
Negotiations remain ongoing with Vitol regarding restructuring the Vitol debt, including its payment terms, to accommodate the new senior debt facility required for the expansion project. The Company will update the market once a further agreement has been reached.
