Notice of General Meeting
Beacon Hill Resources Plc, the AIM listed resource company, announces that further to the announcement of 30 November 2010, it has sent a notice to shareholders to convene a General Meeting of the Company, to be held at the offices of Memery Crystal LLP, 44 Southampton Buildings, London, WC2A 1AP on 22 December 2010 at 12 noon, ('the General Meeting'). The purpose of the General Meeting is for shareholders to consider and, if thought fit, approve resolutions which will, inter alia, allow for the issue of the new Ordinary Shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company upon conversion of the convertible loan notes issued in conjunction with the acquisition of the minority interest in BHR Mining Limited. If the resolutions proposed at the General Meeting are approved, the first tranche of convertible loan notes will be converted immediately and 138,000,000 new Ordinary Shares will be issued, allotted and admitted to trading on AIM with effect from 23 December 2010.
