Beacon Hill Resources Plc announces that the Company's Report and Accounts, for the period ended 31 December 2011, has been posted to shareholders today. An electronic copy of the Reports and Accounts is also available on the ASX platform (www.asx.com.au) and the Company's website (www.bhrplc.com).
The Company would also like to announce that the Annual General Meeting of Beacon Hill will be held at the offices of Memery Crystal LLP, 44 Southampton Buildings, London, WC2A 1AP on 17 May 2012 at 10.00am.
