Beacon Hill Resources Plc ('Beacon Hill' or 'the Company')

Commencement of Quotation on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX)

Further to the Company's announcement on 8 December 2011 and 9 March 2012, Beacon Hill is pleased to announce that it was admitted to the official list of the ASX on Tuesday 3 April 2012. Official quotation of the Company's securities will commence at 12:00 noon Australia Eastern Standard Time (3:00am BST) on Thursday 5 April 2012.

Beacon Hill will trade on the ASX under the code "BHU". Following admission to the official list of the ASX, CHESS Depository Interests ('CDIs') will be traded on the ASX. Each CDI will represent two fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Ordinary shares will continue to be traded on AIM.
