Baydonhill PLC18 January 2007 Baydonhill PLC Wayne Mitchell appointed CEO of Baydonhill Baydonhill PLC, the AIM-listed financial services provider, today announces theappointment of Wayne Mitchell as Group Chief Executive Officer, following theresignation of Richard Collier with immediate effect. Wayne Mitchell began his career at Natwest and is an Associate of the Instituteof Bankers (ACIB). In 1987, he moved to Washington DC where he joined PetraBank as a treasury specialist. From Petra, Mitchell joined RueschInternational, a major international payment provider, as vice-president. AtRuesch, Wayne took over the New York Regional office as General Manager andsubsequently opened an office covering the Southern Region, based in Atlanta. In1994, he returned to the UK to establish an operation based in London, whichgrew to being the largest office within the Ruesch Group.
