Share Options Grant and Director/PDMR Dealings
Bango (AIM: BGO), the global platform for data-driven commerce, announces that on 03 April 2023, in line with the established policy of allocating employee share options, the following PDMRs were granted options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of Bango ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 208.5 pence per share, being the closing price on 31 March 2023 (the "Exercise Price") under the Bango Employee Share Option Scheme.
