Bango PLC19 July 2007 BANGO PLC ("Bango" or the "Company") Director Shareholding Total Voting Rights Bango plc announces that on 18th July 2007, Mr. Lindsay Bury, Chairman of theCompany, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares")in the Company. Of these shares, 25,000 we purchased at 44 pence and 75,000 at45 pence. Following this purchase, Mr. Bury is interested in 800,000 ordinaryshares in aggregate in the Company, or 2.97% of the current issued sharecapital. Bango's issued share capital consists of 26,916,451 ordinary shares of 20p eachwith voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. The above figure of26,916,451 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculationsby which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,or a change to their interest in, Bango plc under the FSA's Disclosure andTransparency Rules.
