In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Luke Allen, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Onward Opportunities Limited (Guernsey Company Number: 71526) with effect from 30 March 2023. 

Onward Opportunities Limited is a Guernsey domiciled investment company which is regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission as a registered closed-ended investment scheme. Its shares are listed and traded on the London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market and it will invest directly in a portfolio of UK listed small-cap stocks.
