Lion Finance Group PLC announces notification of a transaction by a Director / Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Lion Finance Group PLC (the "Company"- LSE: BGEO LN) has been notified that on 9, 10 and 11 December 2025, Chief Executive Officer, Archil Gachechiladze, sold a proportion of his Ordinary Shares in the Company for personal estate planning reasons, retaining 91% of his economic interest in the Company. Mr. Gachechiladze signed, in 2025, a three-year contract with the Company that is renewable in 2028 and continues to receive c.90% of his compensation in the form of Shares, which are subject to long-term holding and vesting periods.
The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
