Share Information
Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Aktietorget: BEO), the mineral exploration and development company, focused on the Kallak magnetite iron ore project and the Åtvidaberg polymetallic exploration licence in Sweden, and its graphite portfolio in Finland, announces that as at 2 June 2017, there are 288,504,026 Swedish Depository Receipts issued representing 54.9 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The remaining issued share capital of the Company is held in the UK as AIM securities.
