Publication of Prospectus

Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Spotlight: BEO), the mineral exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that further to the announcement of 25 January 2023 "Beowulf launches a preferential rights issue of SDRs in Sweden and a UK retail offer of ordinary shares - Partially secured capital raise up to approximately SEK 115 million (approximately £9.1 million) - Funding to progress at pace the development of Kallak", that the Prospectus in respect of the SDR Rights Issue (the "Prospectus") has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and has been published by the Company. The Prospectus, as it relates to the SDR rights issue, is provided in Swedish only.
