Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Aktietorget: BEO), the mineral exploration and development company focused on the Kallak iron ore project in northern Sweden and its Swedish exploration portfolio, today announces that, Dr Jan Ola Larsson, Chief Operating Officer ("COO"), has decided to retire from the Company.
A search for a replacement COO is underway.
Bevan Metcalf, Chairman of Beowulf, commented:
"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Jan Ola for his commitment and great enthusiasm during his time at Beowulf. Jan Ola has been involved with Beowulf for over ten years and has contributed significantly to the development of the Company over this period. We wish him a very happy retirement."
