Additional Block Listing
The Company announces that it has, today, applied to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of a further 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary shares.
These shares will be issued pursuant to the Company's Employee Share Option Scheme and admission of these shares is expected to occur on 8 August 2014.
