Grant of Awards under the Barratt Developments PLC Employee Long-Term Incentive Plan (the 'ELTIP')
The Company announces that, on 22 July 2024, a person closely associated (PCA) with Steven Boyes, Chief Operating Officer & Deputy Chief Executive of the Company, was granted an award under the ELTIP. Details of the award are set out below.Ā

The award is subject to a continued employment condition meaning that, to receive the award, the PCA with Steven Boyes must remain employed by the Company for a minimum of two years commencing on 1 July 2024.
The number of shares over which the award was granted was calculated based on a price of Ā£4.968 per share, being the average of the closing prices, as derived from the London Stock Exchange daily official list, for each of the dealing days in the period of five days ending with the day before the Grant Date.
Following the above transaction, the Company confirms that at the date of this announcement, each of the Executive Directors of the Company and their PCAs hold the following total number of options and awards over Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company:
