Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
The Company announces that Justinas Šimkus, CEO, has sold 4,000,000 ordinary shares in the period of 11 to 16 of December 2024.
The Company also announces that Tom Hall, Non-Executive Director, has purchased 500,000 ordinary shares on 16 December 2024.
Following these transactions, Justinas Šimkus and Tom Hall respectively hold 12,364,611 ordinary shares and 500,000 ordinary shares, representing 2.55% and 0.10% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Details of the transactions are below.
Commenting on the transaction, Justinas Šimkus said: "I have made the decision to sell my shares in the Company purely for reasons of diversification. I have also made a commitment to not sell any more shares for at least 12 months".
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation. The notification of dealing form can be found below.
