Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities

The Company announces that Justinas Ε imkus, CEO, has sold 4,000,000 ordinary shares in the period of 11 to 16 of December 2024.

The Company also announces that Tom Hall, Non-Executive Director, has purchased 500,000 ordinary shares on 16 December 2024.

Following these transactions, Justinas Ε imkus and Tom Hall respectively hold 12,364,611 ordinary shares and 500,000 ordinary shares, representing 2.55% and 0.10% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Details of the transactions are below.

Commenting on the transaction, Justinas Ε imkus said: "I have made the decision to sell my shares in the Company purely for reasons of diversification. I have also made a commitment to not sell any more shares for at least 12 months".
