Additional Listing of Ordinary Shares

The Company hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and the London Stock Exchange plc (the "LSE") for a total of 392,405 ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the LSE (together, "Admission").

In accordance with the statement in the Company's prospectus published on 30 June 2021, the Shares were issued on 19 October 2021 and will be gifted, on an unrestricted basis, to all employees other than the executive directors and senior management team. The number of Shares to be gifted per employee is based on length of service with the Company.

The Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.

Admission of the Shares is expected on 25 October 2021.

Following Admission, the Company will have 500,392,405 ordinary shares in issue, each with voting rights. Therefore, the Company hereby confirms that the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 500,392,405. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
