Shareholder Update

On 23 September 2025 Brave Bison received communications from representatives of Lord Michael Ashcroft indicating their wish to appoint a nominee Director to the Company's Board and that they might seek to requisition a general meeting of the Company for this purpose.

The Board of Brave Bison is considering its position in respect of any potential requisition and intends to consult with shareholders. A further update will be made in due course, as appropriate.
