Intention to Publish Prospectus

Further to BB Healthcare Trust plc's (the "Company's") announcement in February 2018 that it was investigating the possibility of publishing a prospectus, containing a new placing programme, the Board of the Company announces that it has instructed the Company's advisers to make arrangements for the publication of a new prospectus by the Company later this year, in order to facilitate the issuance of further Ordinary Shares pursuant to an Initial Issue and a share issuance programme in 2018 and beyond. The Company's portfolio manager, Bellevue Asset Management AG, continues to see significant opportunities to deploy additional capital, in accordance with the Company's investment objective and policy, and the Company has issued a further 52.2 million Ordinary Shares to date in 2018.
