Total Voting Rights Update

In compliance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1) BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure investment company, confirms that, as at 30 April 2021, the Company had issued share capital consisting of 664,988,834 ordinary shares of no par value with voting rights. 

Accordingly, the total voting rights in respect of the Company were 664,988,834. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company.
