Grant of Share Awards under Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP')

BBGI SICAV S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure investment company, announces that, in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R, the Company's Co-Chief Executive Officers, Duncan Ball and Frank Schramm, and the Company's Finance Director, Michael Denny, were granted conditional awards of the Company's ordinary shares under the Company's LTIP on 28 August 2015. The awards granted are subject to performance and contractual conditions, as set out in the Company's Annual Report 2014.

The number of shares subject to the awards was determined by using the closing price of the Company's share price on 28 August 2015, as ascertained by the Official List, which was 121.38p per share.

Subject to the achievement of the performance conditions, the awards will vest after 21 December 2017.
