In compliance with the UK Listing Rules (LR 9.6.14R) BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure investment company, announces that June Aitken, Non-Executive Director, will be appointed as an independent non-executive Director and member of the audit and risk, nomination, management engagement and remuneration committees of Schroder Income Growth Fund plc, with effect from 1 January 2023.
