BBGI SICAV S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the international PPP infrastructure investment company, announces that application has been made for 696,998 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the new shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 17 May 2019. Following Admission, the number of ordinary shares the Company has in issue will be 580,816,120.

The application is being made pursuant to the LTIP awards for 2015-2018, originally granted on 21 December 2015. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
