Total Voting Rights Update
Bilfinger Berger Global Infrastructure SICAV S.A. ("BBGI" or the "Company") announces that, following the Results of Equity Issue announcement dated 12 July 2013 that application had been made for 79,439,252 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the FSA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange, and the subsequent Notice of Admission to the Official List announcement dated 17 July 2013, as at 31 July 2013 the total voting rights in respect of the Company are now 292,423,967.
Accordingly, the current issued share capital consists of 292,423,967 ordinary shares of no par value with voting rights. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
