BBGI SICAV S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the international PPP infrastructure investment company, announces that application has been made for 123,181 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the new shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 26 October 2016. Following Admission, the number of ordinary shares the Company has in issue will be 432,215,636.

The application is being made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash for the 2016 interim dividend in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2016. Elections for a scrip dividend were received in respect of 1.30% of the ordinary shares in issue as at the record date of 9 September 2016. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

A copy of the document relating to the Scrip Dividend Alternative dated 19 September 2016 is available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM *.
