BBGI SICAV S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure investment company, announces that application has been made for 977,183 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the new shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 22 October 2020. Following Admission, the number of ordinary shares the Company has in issue will be 632,146,904.

The application is being made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash for the 2020 interim dividend in respect of the financial period from 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2020. The reference price was 167.68 pence per scrip dividend share, and elections for a scrip dividend were received in respect of 7.23% of the ordinary shares in issue as at the record date of 11 September 2020. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
