BBGI SICAV S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the international PPP infrastructure investment company, announces that application has been made for 1,756,812 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the new shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 25 October 2017. Following Admission, the number of ordinary shares the Company has in issue will be 479,105,220.

The application is being made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash for the 2017 interim dividend in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2017. The reference price was 149.98 pence per scrip dividend share, and elections for a scrip dividend were received in respect of 16.98% of the ordinary shares in issue as at the record date of 8 September 2017. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
