Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 23 May 2019 of the following transactions by Duncan Ball and Frank Schramm, Co-CEOs of the Company (together, the "Co-CEOs").
· On 23 May 2019, Duncan Ball sold 319,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 155.91 pence per Ordinary Share. Duncan Ball now holds 430,679 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
· On 23 May 2019, Frank Schramm sold 319,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 155.91 pence per Ordinary Share. Frank Schramm now holds 418,080 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
The sale of these shares is being undertaken to pay tax and for personal portfolio planning purposes with neither of the Co-CEOs having sold any shares in the Company since its IPO in 2011.
Together the Co-CEOs continue to hold approximately 848,000 shares in the Company, which is in excess of 150% of their current salaries, and remain totally committed to the long term success of BBGI.
The Supervisory Board of BBGI has approved these transactions and believes there continues to be strong alignment between the Management Board and shareholders as a result of the existing remuneration structure.
