Application has been made for 984,715 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FSA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that these Shares will be admitted on 19 October 2012.
The application is being made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash for the 2012 first half dividend in respect of the period 1 January - 30 June 2012. Elections for a scrip dividend were received in respect of 17.96% of the ordinary shares in issue as at the record date of 7 September 2012. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
A copy of the document relating to the Scrip Dividend Alternative dated 14 September 2012 is available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM *. The same document is also available to view on, and download from, the Company's website at www.bb-gi.com * and may be inspected by shareholders during normal working hours at the registered office of the Company. Shareholders may also request that copies are sent to them free of charge.
