Transaction in Own Shares - Replacement

The 'Transaction in Own Shares' announcement released on 22 October 2021 at 17.48 under RNS no. 0168Q contained an incorrect figure in the final paragraph of the announcement. This has been corrected to 11,952,159. The full text of the corrected announcement in respect of the transaction in own shares which took place on 22 October 2021 is below:

The Company announces that it has purchased 5,957 of its ordinary shares at 1,380.81 pence per share to be held in treasury.

Following this purchase the issued share capital of the Company is 18,223,413 ordinary shares, of which 6,271,254 are held in treasury.

For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in treasury and should use the figure of 11,952,159 when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
