Swallowfield PLC08 November 2007 Swallowfield Plc Creating and Delivering Solutions for our Customers' Success AGM Update Swallowfield plc is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions presented bythe Board to members were duly approved at today's AGM. In addition, it had been proposed that two other resolutions would be putforward for consideration at the meeting by a member, Western Selection PLC,proposing the appointment of each of Mr David Marshall and Mr Peter Gyllenhammaras non-executive directors of the Company. These resolutions were withdrawn andtherefore not required to be put to the meeting. The Board sincerely hopes that it can maintain the open and constructivedialogue with both Western Selection and Peter Gyllenhammar going forward. TheBoard notes, from the announcement made on 2 November by Western Selection, itsdesire to avoid the unnecessary expense and distraction of requisitioning anEGM. The Board would like to publicly thank Western Selection for taking thisstance as being in the best interests of the company and hopes that, followingtoday's vote, they and Peter Gyllenhammar will now support the Board in itsefforts to continue the turnaround in the Company's fortunes and to increasevalue for all shareholders.
