NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
A.G.BARR plc ("the Company") was notified on 11 June 2015 that the following transactions took place in relation to the A.G.BARR All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("AESOP") on 10 June 2015. The AESOP is an all-employee trust arrangement approved by HM Revenue and Customs, under which employees are able to receive allocations of free ordinary shares ("free shares").
The AESOP Corporate Nominee acquired 197,184 ordinary shares from the All-Employee Share Ownership Plan Trust at a total price of £1,212,681.60. The shares were allocated by the AESOP Corporate Nominee to employees participating in the AESOP as free shares.
The following directors were each allocated 585 free shares as participants in the AESOP, for no consideration:
