NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARING MANAGERIALRESPONSIBILITY (PDMR) OR CONNECTED PERSONS
A.G. BARR p.l.c. ("the Company") was notified on 3 December 2012 that the following Directors exercised options, on 3 December 2012 in relation to the A.G. BARR p.l.c. Sharesave Scheme 2007 ("SAYE") and acquired at a price of £1.625 per ordinary share of 4⅙p each number of the Company's shares as set out against their name below.
The SAYE is a trust arrangement approved by HM Revenue and Customs, under which employees are able to buy ordinary shares in the Company of 4⅙p each, using deductions from salary in each pay period for a period of 60 months.
