Kevin Thomas

Further to the announcement on 23 September 2015 that Kevin Thomas, Executive Director, will be retiring from employment with the Company on 31 March 2016 and will be stepping down from the Board on 31 December 2015, the Company provides the following information required to be made available by S430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006.

Mr Thomas will continue to receive his salary and other benefits as provided for under his service contract until his retirement on 31 March 2016. He will also be eligible to receive an annual bonus in respect of the financial year ending on 31 March 2016 as determined in accordance with the rules of the bonus scheme applying to him.

Mr Thomas will, consistent with the terms of the Company's remuneration policy, retain his existing share awards, which will vest (subject, where applicable, to the performance conditions attached to them) on their normal vesting dates under the rules of the applicable share schemes.

Following his retirement on 31 March 2016, Mr Thomas will continue to serve as Non-Executive Chairman of each of Cavendish Fluor Limited and Cavendish Dounreay Partnership Limited, (the Parent Body Organisations in respect of the Magnox and Dounreay nuclear power stations which are being decommissioned) in which the Group is interested with its respective joint venture partners. Mr Thomas will be paid a fee at the rate of £60,000 per annum in respect of each Chairmanship.

Kate Swann

Also, further to the announcement made on 19 October 2015 that Kate Swann will be stepping down from the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 31 December 2015, save for fees receivable in respect of her services up to that date, she will receive no further remuneration or payment falling to be disclosed under the said section.
