BABCOCK ANNOUNCES PUBLICATION OF FINAL TERMS

The final terms dated 2 October 2014 (the "Final Terms") relating to the issue by Babcock on 6 October 2014 of €550,000,000 1.750 per cent. guaranteed notes due 2022 (the "Notes") have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing.

The Notes have been issued pursuant to the base prospectus dated 22 September 2014 (the "Base Prospectus") relating to the £1,800,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") of Babcock, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by certain other companies in the Group.
