Director Declaration
AstraZeneca PLC (the Company) today announced that Philip Broadley, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, was appointed as a director of Stallergenes Greer plc following the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders with effect from 7 June 2018.
This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14 R (2).
