Accsys Technologies PLC31 March 2008 London, 31st March 2008 AIM: AXS NYSE Euronext Amsterdam: AXS Accsys Technologies PLC ("Accsys" or "the Company") Director's Interests The Company was advised on 29th March, 2008, that on 28th March, 2008, thefollowing director of Accsys dealt in the Company's ordinary shares as follows: William Paterson-Brown, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 2,000,000(two million) ordinary shares in the Company at a price of €2.20 each, for anaggregate amount of €4,400,000. Mr Paterson-Brown also has an interest as a discretionary beneficiary over anadditional 3,000,000 (three million) ordinary shares, and holds options tosubscribe for a further 3,440,000 (three million, four hundred and fortythousand) ordinary shares under the Company's Share Option Scheme.
