Director's Interests
The Company was advised on 18 March 2010, that on 11 March 2010, the following Director of Accsys dealt in the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:
Lord Sanderson of Bowden transferred 5,000 Ordinary Shares held by him to his wife, Lady Sanderson for nil consideration.
The Company was further advised on 18 March 2010, that on 15 March 2010, Lord and Lady Sanderson of Bowden sold an aggregate of 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.4367 each for a total net consideration of £4,266.22.
Following the above disposals, Lady Sanderson no longer holds any interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares. Lord Sanderson continues to hold a balance of 1,095 Ordinary Shares.
