SUB: RESIGNATION OF SHRI B. BABURAO AS A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR [NOMINEE OF THE SPECIFIED UNDERTAKING OF UNIT TRUST OF INDIA (SUUTI)], PROMOTER OF THE BANK.

REF: REGULATION 30 OF SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 (SEBI LISTING REGULATIONS).  

This is to inform you that Shri B. Baburao, Non-Executive Director [Nominee of The Specified Undertaking of Unit Trust of India (SUUTI)], Promoter of the Bank has tendered his resignation as a Nominee Director, with effect from Friday, 22nd January 2021, consequent to withdrawal of his nomination by SUUTI.

On behalf of all Employees and the Directors of the Bank, we would like to acknowledge the invaluable contributions rendered by Shri B. Baburao during his tenure as a Non-Executive Director of the Bank and place on record its deep appreciation for the insightful perspectives and suggestions provided by him at the meetings of the Board/Committees of the Bank.

The Bank has initiated the succession planning process for the appointment of new nominee of SUUTI in place of Shri B. Baburao and the disclosures regarding the same will be made post approval of the same by the Board of Directors of the Bank.

You are requested to take note of above and arrange to bring this to the notice of all concerned.
