Dear Sirs,
SUB: ALLOTMENT OF EQUITY SHARES UNDER ESOP - AXIS BANK
We are pleased to inform that the Bank has allotted 3,47,050 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 29.06.2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.
The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs.474,10,44,398 (237,05,22,199 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each - As on 30.03.2015) to Rs. 475,05,92,724 (2,37,52,96,362 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each - As on 29.06.2015).
Further, please note that the Bank had also allotted equity shares under ESOP Scheme of the Bank in month of April, May, and June 2015, as under:
