ALPHAWAVE IP GROUP PLC (THE "COMPANY")
Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them ("PCAs")
The Company was notified that Sutardja Family LLC, a PCA with Sehat Sutardja, an Executive Director of the Company, purchased 500,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at a price of £1.4299 per Ordinary Share. As a result of this purchase, Sutardja Family LLC's aggregate holding of shares in the Company is 84,306,198 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.59% of the Company's issued share capital.
