Avesco Group PLC21 May 2007 Avesco Group plc ('Avesco Group' or the 'Company') Formerly known as InvestinMedia plc 21 May 2007 Not for release, publication or distribution in or into the United States,Australia, Canada or Japan Update re offer It has come to the attention of the Company that, due to a processing error,there were some minor inaccuracies in the figures stated in the announcementmade by the Company on Thursday 17 May 2007. The references in that announcementto: (1) the number of new ordinary shares to be issued by the Company should havebeen to 9,669,602 ordinary shares; (2) the issued share capital of the Company should have been to 25,985,899ordinary shares; (3) the aggregate cash sum payable to shareholders of Avesco plc by the Companyshould have been to £7,289,619.40; (4) satisfaction of elections under the Partial Cash Alternative in excess ofthe 25 per cent. allocation should have been to such elections being satisfiedin respect of approximately 7.29 per cent. of total excess elections; and 5) Richard Murray's shareholding should have been to 4,836,317 ordinary sharesrepresenting 18.61 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital. CameronMaxwell's shareholding should have been to 100,541 ordinary shares representing0.38 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital. The Company today issued and allotted 610 new ordinary shares of 10p each andfollowing these issues, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be25,985,899. Application will be made for the 610 new ordinary shares to be admitted totrading on AIM. It is expected that the admission will be effective from 25 May2007.
