Correction re Result of AGM and Directorate Change
The following amendments have been made to the Result of AGM and Directorate Change announcement released on 10 March 2011 at 11.56am under RNS No 7165C.
Taya Investment Company Ltd held 7,607,878 ordinary shares in Avesco representing approximately 29.9% of the Company's voting rights and not 7,407,878 ordinary shares representing approximately 29.2% of the voting rights, as previously stated. In the appendix, the interest in voting rights held by Ami Giniger has similarly been corrected. Additionally, the shares were registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited and not Magna Capital Ltd as had previously been advised.
All other details remain unchanged.

Avesco Group plc ("Avesco" or the "Company"), the provider of services to the corporate presentation, entertainment and broadcast markets, today held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
After serving as a director of Avesco Group plc and before that Avesco plc for a total of seven years, Michael Gibbins, Chairman, has prior to the AGM today resigned from the Board and Richard Murray, formerly Deputy Chairman, has been appointed Chairman. The resolution for the re election of Michael Gibbins to the Board, included in the notice of AGM, was not proposed. All other resolutions were proposed and passed.
Following the meeting, Ami Giniger was appointed to the Board as a non executive director. Ami is the Chairman of Taya Investment Company Limited who hold 7,607,878 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 29.9% of the total voting rights in the Company.
In addition, Avesco intends to recruit a new senior independent non-executive director to the Board.
Richard Murray, Avesco's new Chairman, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to welcome Ami to the Board and I would like to thank Michael for the substantial contribution he has made to the Group and to wish him well for the future. I am very excited to be taking over as Chairman at such an important time for Avesco. As we approach an Olympic year in 2012, the events industry can look forward to the promise of an exceptionally busy period and the challenge will be to maximise the opportunity for Avesco."
Avesco is due to announce its results for the three months ended 31 December 2010 on 15 March 2011.
