Avesco Group plc announces that Ian Martin, Chief Executive, has today purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 43 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Martin now holds 692,454 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.7% of the total voting rights.
