Board changes - AIM regulatory update

Avesco Group plc (the "Company") (AIM: AVS), a leading international provider of services to the corporate presentation, entertainment and broadcast markets, provides the following information required by the AIM Rules for Companies further to the announcement earlier today contained within the interim results of the appointment to the board of David Crump and Carmit Hoomash.

Disclosures required pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of Mr Crump and Ms Hoomash are set out below.

Name: David Andrew Crump (age 50)

David Crump was a director of Avesco plc, when it was separately listed prior to its acquisition by the Company, and is now the CEO of CT Europe, one of the Avesco group's largest operating divisions.

David Crump owns 108,760 ordinary shares in Avesco which represents 0.4% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Crump also holds awards under the Company's 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan in respect of 100,000 ordinary shares granted on 24 February 2010 and 80,000 ordinary shares granted on 18 January 2011. These awards are subject to performance conditions based on the Group achieving a cumulative consolidated adjusted EBITDA target over the three years ending in September 2012 and 2013, respectively.

There are no other matters regarding Mr Crump which are required to be announced under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.

Name: Carmit Hoomash (age 44)

Ms Hoomash is an adviser to TAYA Communications Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of TAYA Investment Company Limited which holds 7,607,878 ordinary shares in Avesco, which represents 29.9% of the Company's issued share capital.

There are no other matters regarding Ms Hoomash which are required to be announced under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
