Avesco Group PLC27 September 2007 For immediate release 27 September 2007 Avesco Group plc ("Avesco" or the "Company") Sells holding in 2waytraffic for £1.45m Avesco Group plc, the provider of services to the corporate presentation,entertainment and broadcast markets, announces that it has today sold itsinterest in 2waytraffic, an AIM listed interactive media content provider. The holding of 1,534,162 ordinary shares was sold at a price of 95p per share,equivalent to over £1.45 million before expenses. The disposal, which follows the expiry of a lock-in period, was made pursuant tothe terms of an orderly market agreement with 2waytraffic.
