Avanti Communications Group plc (AIM: AVN), the satellite operator has been informed that David Bestwick, Chief Technology Officer, purchased 4,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 250.03 pence per ordinary share on Friday 4th July2014. Following this transaction, David Bestwick now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 1,301,954 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 1.17% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
